Over the years we have sold (and purchased) about a gabillion different irons. OK, it just seems like it when I look at our iron 'graveyard' ...
We have had the fancy smancy ones, as well as the inexpensive ones. What I've determined is this... generally, the more expensive irons may last longer than he inexpensive ones ... but in all, the irons cost us about $5 per month. (ie: - a $60 will run about a year, and $120 will work for 2 years ... at about 2-3 hours per day). So, I say go with the one that is most comfortable for what you are doing.
