Omigosh, I had a cake disaster for my daughter's 6th birthday. Our new oven was off by 75º and the half-sheet cake puffed up and spilled all over the oven and nearly started a fire. It went downhill from there! We still laugh about it, but there were many tears at the time. It looked like someone had a cake fight in my kitchen.
