.... the skins were starting to get a little thick, so I thought they might make it all a little chunky and yucky looking!!
Otherwise I stuck to the recipe ... well, confession #2, didn't add the cream cheese and milk, but will do so for Christmas! My main reason for trying it was to see how quickly they cooked and how much they stuck to the crock.
JeanieG ... when you do them, how small do you chunk up the potatoes (1/2 and 1/4 is variable to the size of the potato!
) I went pretty small (close to diced) and wondered if that was all that necessary. I will probably double the recipe when I make them on Wednesday.
