I made this! I went to Costco and bought their big jug of chocolate milk mix, added a bit of cinnamon (just guessed!) and some chopped chocolate chips (threw them into a blender/food processor) put it into jars and covered with Christmas fabric and voila! I hope the recipients like it. It tasted really good to me.
