My recipe is called:
Rosemary Nuts
I lb. each of unsalted Cashews, Pecans, Almonds and Peanuts
8 T. minced fresh Rosemary
1 - 2 t. cayenne pepper
8 T. light brown sugar
1 - 2 t. salt
8 T. unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss nuts with other ingredients.
Spread on two cookie sheet pans lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8 minutes minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
Cool on waxed paper and store in airtight container.
