I received a hot chocolate mix from a niece a few years go. Here is her recipe-
2 cups powdered milk
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup powdered non dairy creamer
(and/or 2 tablespoons malted powder)
Use 1/2 cup mix to 8 oz. water
She placed this mix into jars and handed them out at Xmas.
