I just make a standard one, but I don't use the coffee creamer. Don't like it because it sort of makes me sick. I use powdered skim milk. This year, I mixed in mini chocolate chips and in some I put in the peppermint/chocolate chip combo chips. I saw snowflake shaped marshmallows at Williams Sonoma but they were a fortune. As they were large, I figured I could use giant marshmallows, cut them in half, roll them out, and use my snowflake cookie cutter which is exactly the shape of the WS marshmallows. I gotta tell ya, they looked almost exactly like the more expensive ones. Then I put them into cello bags and tied them with red ribbon such like the 'store bought' ones.
