I looked at Dillard's Kitchen stuff today; that's a big department store in the USA...and they had more than the stop, warm or low, and high on their Crock Pots...and slow cookers. And prices ran high for the 'tech' stuff. One had a meat probe so the meat would cook to the correct temperature. That's what I need for my dh to use when he cooks. Our first microwave had a meat probe.
