This is the recipe I have used for years. It is easy to make and keeps well. You can make it for diabetics and substitute Splenda (or other sweetener) for sugar.
HOT COCOA MIX
2 cups non-dairy creamer 1 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup powdered milk
Mix together well and store in an airtight container. Use 2-3 heaping tablespoons of mix in a cup and add 1 cup boiling water or to your taste.
Makes great gifts.
