Your cookies do look pretty. The favorite at our house is Cardamom snaps. They're like ginger snaps but with cardamom instead of ginger and a bit undercooked so they turn out nice and soft instead of hard and crunchy. Of course, if they're hard and crunchy they taste great dunked in tea or hot chocolate.
