Ya could do a fat quarter exchange..or an auction of members stuff, swap table, quick ornaments, baby bibs for newbornes(Jesus bday is coming up), quick lap robes or wheelchair bags, pattern swaps...treasure hunt that divide into groups and ones that get most goodies get to give others a prize(switch as to who gets most)
