An idea I just got this weekend is to play Family Feud. Just search on the internet for "family feud questions and answers" and you will find some websites.

I just played this and it was set up as an individual competition not as teams. I had a sheet in which to write down my answers. Points were given if you had one of the top 5 answers. If I had the most popular answer, I got 5 points. Second most popular was worth 4 points. Third most popular, 3 points ....

The game I played had 20 questions. Player with the most points got a prize. Lots of laughing and disagreement with the top 5 answers.

Thanks, Everyone, for your input of great ideas!

Faye, I just love this idea for "tweaking" the Family Feud questions so it works as individual competition. I'm positive that this will be a huge hit with the women in my quilt guild. What we usually do is raffle off the centerpieces on each table. We have ten tables of ten members. So, the way it works is that members are competing against the other nine people seated at their table. Also, "sit down" games work best in this large group of about 100, where some of the woman are older and have mobility problems.

Thanks, again, to everyone. I'm open to more suggesrtions of sit-at-the-table games that can be played with a large crowd.
