Never fails! Mac & cheese in the crockpot ( 8+ servings ) Turn crock on high - spray with Pam - put 1/2 stick butter in crock - when it's melted, add 2 cups dry macaroni, then 1 quart 2% milk - stir - add 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese & stir again - cook for 1 hour - stir again ( I add black pepper at that time ) turn to low & cook for another hour, then check for doneness ( I stir in a little bit of mustard before serving for some tang )
