Question about using embroidery floss for tying quiltsa
For those of you who tie quilts and use embroidery floss how many strands of that floss do you use. Other than yarn, what other threads do you use. I am in the process of tying one and do not like the looks of the off-white crochet floss I am doing it with. Would like to do it with colors that match the fabric which is gold, tan, browns and various shades of each. Thank you so much for any help you can give me regarding this. I do not embroidery but know that it comes in many colors and not sure if those using it are using the floss for embroidery machines or that used for hand embroidery and even if there is a difference.
