I, too, would contact Hobbs. Also, I would NOT do anything to the batt...you want it to look the way it came from the bag so Hobbs can see the problems themselves. Do you still have the bag it came in? Sometimes there may be lot numbers or production numbers that companies want to try and track problems (having never used Hobbs, I don't know if they do this). Good luck and let us know the outcome.
