I saw this one, too. MSQC's new video on YouTube is the Nickel and Dime Quilt by the same lady using layer cakes and charms. Same Kansas Troubles FavoritesII fabrics. I was interested in that one, priced it on MSQC and wasn't bad. Not sure you really need the ruler for that one, can measure center of layer cake.
Both are interesting...but I am a big Kansas Troubles fan! Love the fabrics!
