Three years ago we tore down our old crummy trailer in order to put in a new modular dream home. We lived in the garage for three months with a port-a-potty and went to the gym for showers. The last month was spent staring at the completed place waiting for the final inspector to show up and approve. That was bad. Can't believe it took nine months for one bathroom.
