I'm so sorry you had a such a go of it with the contractor. We once did a kitchen redo - mid 1990s in Keller, TX - and it was only a three week ordeal, beautifully done by caring, cooperative, skilled contractor and laborers, and the tile guy was truly an artist. We were so pleased and lucky; I feel for those who struggle with these issues when they should be a blessing.
