Please help. I LOVE this website, but I'm having trouble with it. This has happened in the past, and when I wrote you, you did something to help me. When I click on a segment....usually pictures....but not always, I get a message telling me that Internet Explorer has stopped working and I have to "close the program." I was getting on just fine for months, and now this has started happening all over again.....each and every time. Hope it's something that can be fixed, for I will miss this website dreadfully!
