Probably not a whole lot of information to pass along on this machine. It was made by Free/Westinghouse and it takes the same shuttle/bobbin and needles as the Singer does. It's such a copy that the shuttle plates are the same as the Singer 27/127 also.
it take the top clamp attachment set -easiest way to find one is to look for a set with the long shirring/underbairder plates that have the 1/4 circle cutout at the top, that only goes a short way across. New Home has a similar style, but their plates are significantly narrower than the one that fits the Free (and usually say "New Home" on them too) so the 1/4 circle extends about half way across the plate.
I love your cabinet - mine is not near as neat - but does have the same basic style - in that the treadle is the actual support for the cabinet, and the wood is just an outer covering.
Here is mine. I don't have the cabinet in the house though.
Mine is referred to as a "Long Bobbin Rotary" , which I figure was a marketing ploy to catch those wanting a "rotary" without having a clue what it really was. I have a manual that came with the machine. It has no dates, but says it covers the C, CE and E heads. The drawings show a machine with decals like yours.
