I had fun some time ago making my own napkins. I liked lined ones best because of the weight and ease of just turning inside out, rather than fiddling with narrow hems. The napkins are then reversible and you can do some nice folds for variety. My advice, should you choose this method, is to be sure the grain lines of each side(lining and top) run in the same direction. That way, when pressed, one side doesn't stretch and wrinkle.
