Everyone has their own opinion, and here's mine! I will NEVER buy another HP product. The ink is more expensive than other brands and the printers seem very temperamental. As another poster mentioned, customer service is in India and of course they all read from prescripted information so you rarely get actual answers to your questions. Although I cannot recommend a printer, at least I can give you my opinion of what NOT to buy!!! Good luck - printers are much cheaper now. My 4 in 1 printer was almost $400!!!
