I volunteer with our police department, quilt, help with my great nephew and niece, help friends, LWTL (Lunch With The Ladies) several times a month (old school friends, former co-workers, neighbors), read, read, read, nap, walk, and whatever else I feel like doing.
Just take it slow and follow alwayslearning advice, especially about overcommitting!
