AMEN! HP-horrible product. customer service is just a stall tactic. brought the xlarge volume ink @ costco, just as bad as single serve. outrageously expensive, too. i have to say, the printer has been reliable, but in 1 to 1 1/2 years, i have spent the $99.00 cost of the printer many times over in cartridges.
