For 21.99 + S&H a month, add at least 5.96 for priority shipping (probably the least expensive) and you are up to about 28.00. It might be a good way to learn new techniques, would sure ask for a list of the different things you will be learning in the different months. But for that amount of money, would be tempted to go to my local quilt shop, pick out my own 6 fat qtrs. and pattern and ask the shop for help. JMHO
