Isobel Meekins' - the pattern is available in the January issue of 'The Quilt Pattern Magazine' which is an on line magazine available thru subscription. I was lucky enough to be a pattern tester for her and really enjoyed making this quilt. I don't know how well you can really see the fabrics I used but it is very 'sparkly' with snowflake fabrics. great pattern I will probably use again.
