Using extra fabric from backing on the quit to do binding
I have made a quilt and I want to wrap the back around to the front to use as binding. I had done this once before and unfortunately did not write down the instructions. Do I cut the batting even with the quilt top and then leave how much fabric to turn over? I also want the corners to be mitered! I have looked on line but everything I have checked seems to be confusing. I know I can get the help I need here. I have been a member of this board for a good number of years and everytime I have a problem, there has been help here. Thank you all in advance.
