Raw veggies specially fresh fruits and vegetables are more important for the weight loss.
The best weight loss foods are apple, orange, grapefruit, berries, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, green beans, nuts, green tea, fish, fish oil, and lemon water.
