Did you really have a QB app, or did you just have an icon on your phone that took you to the QB website? If you have an iPhone, this should help. If you use your browser (such as Safari) and go to the QB home page, you can then touch the icon at the bottom of the page that looks like a square with an arrow heading up. That will give you the option of "add to your home screen." This will let you go directly from your home screen to QB by touching one icon.
