I got one just before Thanksgving and used it for the turkey. I have the extender ring so the turkey would fit. I did a partially thawed 9 pound turkey breast in under three hours. Had very crisp and browned skin (my favorite part). I cooked another turkey breast after the first and had two great turkeys in less time than doing both the same time in the conventional oven. This way I was able to use the over for all the other things. Everyone said the turkey was great. I had been skeptical about the hype, but I am happy with it. I have done other things and am OK with the results. I don't have to pre-heat an oven this way.
