The bobbin winder unit is sort of a full circle, instead of the u shaped most are - like you can easily see in the picture SteveH posted -

To the OP - looks like you've got most of the early set of attachments - they are bed mount instead of foot mount. I don't know if that makes them easier or harder to use. Your tucker is in a few peices though, you'll need to put it back together.

That part right above the shuttle is the shirr plate that attaches to the ruffler when you are using it that way. You take that off when using the shirr plate that is attached to the slide. You have a slide with an underbraider (near the long part of the tucker) but it's not for this machine.

you should be able to use the Greist attachments for White that have the rounded bar holder without needing the top clamp -clamp. With the set of attachments you have, there may not be any reason to get that.

I've been collection oddball feet, and have several different styles of ones that fit White - but even more that fit New Home.

These are most likely Johnston attachments - you may be able to read that on the tucker.
