Problem Solved
I have no affiliation with this company except as a happy user. On Friday my QuilTak Basting Gun jammed and I called the company for assistance. A recording asked me to leave a message which I did and was pleasantly surprised to get a return message on Saturday. Since I had something else to work on I thought I'd wait until Monday to call back and not interrupt anyone's weekend. Early this morning the owner called again and easily talked me through unjamming the tool. Great service to just go ahead and call back to be sure the customer got her message. Love finding another company that knows what customer service means.
