Have experienced that kind of heat. Less intense if not combined with high humidity, but hot, hot, hot no matter what.
Was 113• one summer in Southern California. Nearly fried my brains walking across the parking lot to the next building where there was a soda machine.
Particularly remember a summer when we were in Georgia and it was 108• and over 90% humidity. Drove back to Texas and it was "only" 105• and 50/60% humidity. Felt ever so much cooler.
