I like the first one best.
On the second one the sashing blends too much into the blocks; you end up not noticing either of them, you just see one big quilt.
The first one you see the pretty squares first, and then notice the sashing.
I also think you might experiment with different widths of sashing....I'm not sure I like that width. Narrower sashing if you do the maroon sashing might be the answer. Maybe experiment with some golden ratio widths to see what you like.
Either way, very pretty quilt!
