hmmm, i have an hp deskjet and just love it. The ink is very inexpensive for this one. We used to use canon printers, and always after only one year the canons would need a new head i think it's called? But with the hp, each ink cartridge has it's own head, so each time you put ink in, you have a new head. I am also now making quilt labels with my hp. I'm not using photo fabric or anything like that. I put the fabric on freezer paper, and put it throgh the printer. Then i press it with the iron to set the ink. I have even tried pouring bleach on these labels, and the ink wont run. So im real pleased with my new way of making quilt labels.
