I took a class and was told to go to File Explorer, click Pictures, right click on any picture, and chose default program, and click Windows Photo Viewer and it will look like Windows 7 and it does but I can't find any cropping tools, exposure tool adjustments, etc. Anyone have any suggestions on this? Have you found something that works?
Seaside gal, I don't know how to do anything on Windows 8, sorry. I have a new computer since Christmas and I HATE Windows 8! :-)
I use Irfanview for editing pictures, or I did prior to new computer.
