Yes, my eyes would light up. I would know the time and thought they put into the gift made just for me and the love in every stitch. My girls did that for m and it is the most treasured quilt I have. They got into my scrap bin and took fabrics left from things that I had made them thru the years and made a Grandmother's Flower Garden quit for me. Some fo the pieces dont fit together and there is a tuck here and there but it was made with love from my 3 girls and I treasure that quilt.
