Our nephew and his wife had a baby girl in November. We were able to see them when we went to MI for Thanksgiving and gave them the quilt I had made for her. I used a charm pack in blue - their only color choice - and made the disappearing 4-patch for the first time. I really liked using this simple pattern and will definitely use the pattern again. I used a soft blue flannel for the backing. I did a simple stipple for the quilting because that is pretty much the extent of my free-motion quilting abilities so far.
