Thanks for the info. I started a storm at sea cuting some of the fabric with the sky erupting, moving into light sort of calm water then deeper and deeper into darker turbulent sea water but lost all my templets and have been stuck since then on finding a pattern that fits with the one I started. Your idea of tracing sounds good to me. Maybe I will take one of the few blocks I made apart, iron them then trace them on paper then interfacing then hopefully being able to finish the quilt.
