The name "Crown" isn't one of the main manufactures, so it's likely that "Crown" is a badge name. Without pictures, there is no way to guess who may have made it or anything about it. BTW- Kenmore didn't use the name "crown", they used Kenmore in the 1950's - and that serial number doesn't match what Kenmore was using around that time frame. Though sometimes people find a number and it's not the serial number, but some other part number.
BTW - some sources have that in 1956, Sears was getting machines from White , Soryu, New Process Gear and other misc companies - but none of them have serial numbers that would have started with a FZ.
