I would look for a better deal closer to you within driving distance where you can go pick it up. Doesn't matter what it is. Or if you have any friends/acquaintances that can go check it out for you.
DH was interested in an item in Ohio just about 50 miles from his nephew. When he asked the locale so nephew could check it out, he never heard from the guy again. It was a person who wanted to Google Wallet. Same thing has happened with Paypal also.
