I am sorry so many of you have had problems. I do buy fabric at area quilt shops when possible and depending on the project, but I also buy at Joann's. Mostly, I use the coupons for thread or other notions. I am very lucky to have great folks at our Joann's. They have gotten to know me, in fact, one of the ladies saw me at a mall store and stood and chatted for a minute or so. They are always very helpful. I do agree on the wait sometimes. I learned long ago not to go on my lunch break!
