Here is a site with some very nice fabrics from Thailand. I really like the indigo batik fabric. Thailand is also well known for silk.
I know that South Korea has a tradtion of using things in three's, as in 3 colors, three rows, coloumns, objects, etc. Do some shearches for the history of Thailand.
