Thanks for allowing me to join you group. I started quilting about a year a go, not the greatest but sure trying. Married to Bob for 56 years, 3 Bio children and 3 adopted children all grown and granny and great granny to lots of kiddies. Love all
Hi Woodie. I am also new to the board and also from Nebraska-near Omaha. Also married 50 years to Al (will be 51 Feb 27). We have 4 adult kids, 6 grands and 3 great grands. I have made quite a few quilts in my day but would not call myself a real quilter. I make them for fun and when required...like now that a granddaughter is getting married this November. Currently working on a bow tie quilt-2nd one for oldest granddaughter. Made her first about 6 years ago then less than a month later they had a house fire and lost everything-including the new bow tie quilt.
