Beautiful job and lovely pattern...I think you have it all figured out. I sometimes have the repress seams to lock, wheni do this I usual snip the seam and allow the major part of the seam stay as originally press. I maybe be incorrect, but it really does work for my needs. I will look forward to seeing your completed quilt
