Thanks everyone but it still doesn't work.
I did go back and make it into a word document and then clicked save as PDF, it did save it as such but that didn't help either for some reason unknown to me. I even sent a copy to someone here and they said they couldn't open it either so I'm at a lost. I can open the PDF on my computer just fine so I don't know why it won't work on another computer.
As far as file size, I'm way below what it could be so that isn't a issue.
I sent a copy to one of the site managers to see if she can figure out what is going on but that's all I can do for now. As soon as I figure out what to do to make this work, I will post it in the "Tutorial" section.
