Default Tips for Longarm machine users having tension problems

I have a Voyager 17 longarm machine that I had to send to the repairman for repairs. It was really giving me a hard time with tension issues and I was ready to boot it out the front door! After two weeks I finally got it back today and I am doing the happy dance! It works better than it ever has. Just wanted to share some information... If you are having tension issues with your longarm or if its skipping stitches, check the hook to make sure you don't have a burr on it. Apparently, mine had a huge one and it will make your machine skip stitches. Also, on the board that is under your machine is a couple of O rings which could be cracked and dry and need replacing. This will also cause skipped stitches. I am so excited to get my machine back and having it work better than it ever has!
