Thanks. I do prefer working with 100% cotton as well, but I wasn't sure if there was a special reason why everyone stressed to be sure the shirts were 100% cotton rather than a cotton blend. I may have to make a trip to the Goodwill store soon to check this out.
I don't think it matters a bit. I wear a lot of 50/50 oxford cloth shirts to work and they will make a beautiful quilt one day when I retire.....just don't tell anybody that I bought a couple of them for variety in the quilt, not because I wanted to wear them!!!!!
