Oh Please don't give up. We all make mistakes. I have been quilting over 40 years and I still make mistakes, some were really dumb too. Just lay it aside for awhile. Do you have a friend that makes quilts? Maybe the 2 of you can come up with idea's or a different pattern to use. Hang in there ok. Hugs from me too.
