This is so funny for this recipe to show up after all (42) these years. This was the 1st recipe I cooked out of my 1st recipe book as a new bride in 1971. When I shared the recipe with my La-Te-Da sister-in-law she laughed, & asked how I got the grape jelly in the middle of the meatballs. When I told her you made regular meatballs & placed them in the sauce(1 jar chili sauce, 1/2 cup grape jelly, 1/4 c. lemon juice & 2 tbsp. vinegar) she was surprised. I never did bring any left-overs home.
